Dr. Pepper has tried to light a fire under the ass of GnR's Axl Rose to finally release the long awaited GnR album "Chinese Democracy." Dr. Pepper claims that they will give away a free Dr. Pepper to everyone in the US (excluding ex-Guns members Slash and Buckethead) if the album is released at any time during 2008.
